How It Works

Share your property
Tell us the location and what you know about the land.

We review the details
If the property fits our buying criteria, we’ll discuss an offer with you.

Decide whether to proceed
If we agree on terms, we coordinate closing with a title company or closing attorney.
A friendly face. A straightforward conversation.
Selling land starts with understanding your situation. Maybe your plans have changed, you inherited a property, or you simply don’t use it anymore.
I’m April, your main contact. Share what you know about your land, ask your questions, and we’ll see whether it’s a fit for our business. If we make an offer, you decide whether it works for you.
When you reach out, you’ll talk with me about your property and what you’d like to accomplish. My role is to listen, gather the details, answer your questions and keep you informed as we review the land. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting a conversation.

Common Questions
How do I get started?
Submit your property details below. April will follow up to learn more and see whether the property fits our buying criteria.
Do you buy all types of land?
We consider vacant lots, wooded parcels and rural acreage. Each property is reviewed individually; submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an offer.
How is an offer determined?
We review location, access, acreage, comparable sales and the costs involved in purchasing and reselling the property.
Who pays closing costs?
Closing costs are discussed and agreed upon before you commit.
How long does closing take?
Timing depends on the property, title review and the terms we agree on.
Am I obligated to sell?
No. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to selling.
Let’s talk about your land.
Share what you know, and April will follow up. No parcel number? That’s okay.
